To receive L'Archet d'Or Series III, please fill in the following form. This adds your details to our database. Obligatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). PLEASE USE ONLY LETTERS, NUMBERS, SPACES, FULL-STOPS, SLASHES (\ /)AND HYPHENS (-) as other characters may cause an error. Please do not forget to include you complete postal code and current email address. After you have submitted your details to Coup d'Archet, you will find a button that takes payment for your subscription through PayPal, a well-established and secure payment service which is free from fees for customers. You will need to submit some of the same information as on the first form, for which we apologise, but this is necessary so that both PayPal and we at Coup d'Archet have all of the necessary information to process and dispatch your subscription. If you wish to arrange payment via I.M.O. or banker's draft rather than PayPal, you can simply disregard this stage. Payment by personal cheque is preferred from our UK based subscribers.
